Application:
This machine is one kind of double side rotary tablet press machine, which can press granular materials into round shape tablet, irregular tablet or double-side engraved tablet. This machine is mainly used in Pharmaceutical, chemistry, foodstuff, electronic industries.
Features: - Double press rollers, double side output tablets, many punches, it is suitable for mass production.
- Made of stainless steel. The housing is fully closed. The surface of the rotary turret is covered with hardened layer which can protect the surface and prevent from abrasion. The machine conforms GMP requirements.
- Perfect press system. The sizes of the main press roller and the pre-press roller are the same. After twice press the tablets are formed. This system extends the pressing time, in order to make the best quality of tablets.
- Double impellers type force feeder. It can improve the fluidity and filling of the granular, so ensures the feeding precision.
- Tooling track adopts double-side lifting structure which gives the punches more balanced and not easy abrasion while they run.
- Reasonable structure, reliable performance, simple operation and easy to clean, maintenance.
- Reliable electric control system and advanced control principle ensure the accuracy of the programs and the protection. The control system can accurately monitor the entire production process.
- Automatic oil & grease central lubrication system. ensure the lubrication of pressure rollers, toolings and tracks, extending the working life of the machine.
- Special oil proof, dust proof and noise proof design.
